RADIOGRAPHY
Gamma radiation sources are used to inspect a variety of materials. The vast majority of radiography concerns the testing and grading of welds on pressurised piping, pressure vessels, high-capacity storage containers, pipelines, and some structural welds.

When inspecting these weld areas we are able to capture on film any defects of the weld such as cracks & porosity.

LIQUID PENETRANT INSPECTION
LPI is a widely applied inspection method used to check surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials alike. LPI is used to detect casting, forging and welding surface defects such as hairline cracks, surface porosity, leaks in new products, and fatigue cracks on in-service components. ELITE can offer this cost effective service at very competitive prices.
